“I do not take a picture in order to remember it later, I do it in order to have it now”

Max F. Albrecht (b.1986 in Arnstadt, Germany) is a programmer, a photographer, and a conceptual artist. He studied art and media design at the Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany. In his work, Albrecht deals, among other topics, with cultural, political, and financial phenomena regarding the relations between the analog and digital worlds. In 2012 he invented the first analog Bitcoin Vending Machine as an Art object, which has since been shown in several exhibitions in Europe. Max’s digital and Analogue landscape photos from all around the globe reveal his ability to recognize special images and compositions and to capture and eternalize them on the spot.
